CST 140 STRETCH WRAPPER

The CST 140 is a turntable stretch wrapper. The machine is ergonomically very suitable as a substitute for manual wrapping, which is often heavy and strenuous.

The CST 140 has a 65″ turntable and is equipped with a photocell that automatically detects the height of the load and the film is pre-stretched (up to 250%) by a motorized pre-stretch system. This system reduces the amount of film used per wrapped pallet and this allows you to save on costs and contribute to a sustainable production line.

The user friendly control panel allows you to store up to 9 wrapping programs to apply different wrapping methodsquickly. The wrapper is very robust and low-maintenance because the machine is constructed with fewer wear parts. Only a belt is used to move the film trolley, instead of chains, wheels and gears.
